Msg timing #2

Seems that when the solution is rejected, that there is a 5 second pause THEN the 2nd attempt is sent followed immediately by the accepting.

Solution rejected by server <-- pauses here Attempt no. 2 in 5 seconds <-- no pause DQ solution accepted by server

Considering that CQ has a limit to the timing between actions, maybe having the 5 second pause between actions would be good. Also gives the calc 5 seconds to release used memory better. But what do I know :)
