Could you drop the full output of cmd/powershell here? This seems like an ffmpeg issue.

Ah, you don't even have ffmpeg downloaded. Download ffmpeg and put it into PATH or next to danser.exe, next time upload danser.log directly instead of copy-pasting please.

You have to put the .exe (and other .dlls if you downloaded shared FFmpeg) next to danser.exe
