4 years ago FileReader::readInfoLine -> Wouldn't it be better to read whole block of data instead of analizing what line is it and what variable i just got?
It was my return to c++ after a break, It would be better :)
define base classes based on Monitoring2019Info file and LIDAR 1.2 (Point format 3)
add FileReader with reading Monitoring2019Info and *.las file ability
