can u config for seperate testnet mainnet

@amirulmus Bth I feel this shouldn't be a separate container, one can already load a separate configfile with the same container.

Here's a nice tool to generate a configfile for rippled, that can also be used with the docker container: https://xrplf.github.io/xrpl-node-configurator/#/
