Need to implement remove & pause torrent options.

Remove torrents will works on a Transmission CRON, checking every hour the list of torrents done and removing them (set to downloaded in wanted database before).

Add remove finished torrents feature in a cron file named Tranmission.

NB : Tranmission API do not remove torrent, to investigate.
