Change DeactivateConnection paramter #4

The Specification says that the call DeactivateConnection() requires ActiveConnection as its parameter.

I have tested this and it only works if i pass in an ActiveConnection

Sorry for the delay, I switched project and hadn't the opportunity to test it recently.
