fix nikaia region #1

Short Description: Fixed Nikaia region on Forecast channel

Long Description: DESCRIPTION I found an interesting bug on forecast channel with on select the region says that Nikaia is in Thessaly but this Nikaia referred on forecast list refers to Attica one i can confirm it with Forecast channel globe and this PR fixes it

hi there! we haven't worked on greece yet, there is no data from us about greece except from maybe a couple of placeholder locations. you are using the forecast channel from either riiconnect24 or another revival service.

yea i just fixed this mistake because if you look this map this city entry refers to nikaia in Attica just to clarify there are 2 small city that has the name Nikaia in Greece
