Remove Windows Terminal workaround #38

This workaround is completely unnecessary, as there's no problem with Windows Terminal running the script. If you don't like it - that's fine, but it seems to be causing issues.

Some parts (especially UI) behaves differently on Windows Terminal instead of the default conhost but I'll test and implement it correctly later.
