[Enhancement] Ability to Customize installations #8

hello I think the Patcher should have the ability to customize the installation to be able to choose whether to install some services but not others. This is useful and in my opinion a necessary feature since some people may already have one of the services installed or may not want to install one of them. In the current version (as of writing this) The only customization option you have is whether to install the English or Japanese versions but you aren't able to Choose whether or not to install different services.
