Fix restraunt select screen #3

A tracker for my progress on trying to do this. I had the idea of using the XREFs of the string that shows on the error rather then the function that causes it, so we can patch it out if needed. Other then that it seems to be calling the Error function for this particular one

Or, maybe not, it looks like it was already fixed.
