[FR] NKit ISO images #10

Currently, as docs say, "Anyway, NKIT images are not supported yet, but detected to print warnings." Having this support would be awesome!

BTW this doesn't realy work. wit and friends just ignore nkit ISO files, no warning/info seen.

The NKIT detection is hidden behind a parameter (--allow-nkit) because it was only added for the Wiimmfi Patcher (so that that patcher can display a warning when you're trying to use an NKIT file). I believe Wiimm tried to add NKIT support to WIT but ran into a bunch of issues, and I don't think that that really has high priority for him.
