Create probot for new category and brand creation. #3

This bot needs to automatically create categories and brands once they are approved, as discussed here

The bot will need to detect when a issue has been approved, and if it's a category;

  1. create it on the www wiki.

if it's a brand;

  1. clone a fork of the brands repo to this organization.

  2. create the subdomain in plesk

  3. create it's directory

  4. secure the domain

  5. configure the Plesk GitHub Extension for it's subdomain

  6. deploy it's repo from GitHub

  7. create it's redirect page on www
