Unmarking all week days (even with positive exceptions) causes all weeks to appear as blackout weeks on frontend #620

The immediate cause is the recent addition of meeting dates to the on-wiki course output. But it also puts the timeline in a failure state (all weeks show blackout weeks). At least if there are positive exceptions, it should work to have zero normal meeting days.
