Binding component to new instance of an argument creation state object. Will need to build this into the other state objects

OK binding is happening but there's a bug: dom actions are firing twice. Looks like there's a parental state binding that's coming through and is trying to get itself called. MotherF.

Right. Now a list of things todo on this:

[x] New claim form/button when on exact matches
[x] Don't show claim in the results of one of it's own new argument groups.
[x] hide results when empty
[x] hide reasons when empty
[x] show save argument button when valid
[x] save argument!
