Fall back to default domain and Internet hostname on install #2

When initializing Openfire for the first time, the follow two parameters can be pre-populated with ClearOS network settings:

XMPP domain -> pre-populate with the ClearOS default domain Server hostname -> pre-populate with ClearOS Internet hostname
