Shoutwiki.com coverage in WikiApiary #259

We have a list of 1,879 shoutwiki wikis[1] but in WikiApiary there are only 1,265 wikis.[2] Check why and add them if they are missing.

Some of those wikis continued in other wiki farms, I think. There's limited usefulness in adding dead wikis, because the bot won't be able to fetch much information about them.
