In this case the wiki needs login for export http://www.astro.com/astro-databank/Special:Export

This is a subitem of https://github.com/WikiTeam/wikiteam/issues/71 : we currently only check index.php in general, we should also fail if we can't access Special:Export.

But export seems allowed in API: http://www.astro.com/wiki/astro-databank/api.php , https://github.com/WikiTeam/wikiteam/issues/44#issuecomment-47085395 would help.
