uploader.py should download and save logo #96

Upload it as *-logo.png, should suffice to get the thumb used in the items, making them much prettier. Not really required for archival purposes as the logo is downloaded by dumpgenerator (if it's a wiki file) and by wikiapiary (in all cases at least for new wikis).
