Confluence Cloud: Repair transformation of Jira issue lists #123

Confluence Cloud changes the way Jira issue lists handled. WikiTraccs needs to adapt.

Current behavior:

Jira issue lists are rendered as clickable link to the issue list. So, navigating to Jira works.

Expected behavior:

The issue list should be added as snapshot to the SharePoint page.

I added a first version of Jira issue list data card conversion that will be part of an upcoming release.

Unfortunately this is only going to work with interactive (cookie-based) authentication, as getting the data card content involves calling an endpoint that is not part of the documented REST API and thus requires an Atlassian-issued cookie to be sent along.
