Extend support for Confluence Cloud

Confluence Cloud support is currently in preview

Most content that would be migrated from Confluence on-premises can also be migrated from Confluence Cloud - page contents, attachments, and more.

Since Atlassian is pushing new features like crazy, support for those new features will first be missing, then be added at some point. This is happening step by step and driven by customer demand.

Clients are already using WikiTraccs to migrate from Confluence Cloud to SharePoint Online. I'm gathering feedback from those migrations.
