Confluence Cloud: "Created by" and "Modified by" are "null" #25

"Created by" and "Modified by" are currently not correctly retrieved in Confluence Cloud since the account are handled differently. Instead "null" is shown.

The latest version makes user and group handling compatible with Confluence Cloud, which resolves this issue.
