A dynamic page tree is in the backlog to be added to WikiPakk, which already adds a Confluence-like page tree to SharePoint. No ETA though.
(WikiTraccs could also add a static table of contents macro replacement to the SharePoint page (that doesn't update when editing the page headers) but feedback on this option so far was that this wouldn't be valuable.)
Note: the latest WikiTraccs release adds the table of contents transformation as static snapshot.
Would be great if this can be implemented.
As far as I know SharePoint has no Table of Contents web part. However, it would be great that pages that had a TOC macro in Confluence have a bulleted list of links created on the SharePoint page targeting the anchors of the headers on the page for header 1, header 2 and header 3.
