Unable to get Space information

I've followed the getting started guide and everything is showing as fully validated, however when I try and update the space inventory I'm getting an error message which reads:

Any idea what I may be doing wrong ?

@RobinAtRestore Thanks for reporting, that is a new one for me. Are you by any chance trying to use sub sites as WikiTraccs site or migration target site? If yes: could you please try not to use a sub site, but the root of a site collection?

The URL for a sub site looks like https://company.sharepoint.com/sites/site/subsite whereas for the root of a site it looks like this: https://company.sharepoint.com/sites/site.

You're right, the two migration sites are subsites.

Unfortunately I don't have the ability to create sites in my corporate environment - so subsites are my only option :-(

@RobinAtRestore I see. WikiTraccs should definitely handle this with a better error message.

Microsoft advises against using subsites in SharePoint Online - maybe this can provide some leverage when communicating the need for a site collection? The root of any existing site collection would be fine, too. Sometimes there is one "lying around" that could be used for testing purposes.

When I use the root of the SharePoint site the process works as expected, so it's the subsites it doesn't like, which is good to know.

As to whether we should use sub sites or not, that's something that we need to decide internally, whilst the MS comments are perfectly valid, our use case is such that subsites would be fine.

Thanks for your prompt responses and assistance, now that I have a PoC working I can go and see if the holders of the purse strings will sanction the spending of the corporate dollar!
