Handle duplicate page IDs returned by Confluence #52

Issue #46 suggests that it is possible for Confluence to return duplicate page IDs when WikiTraccs retrieves the pages of a space.

Observed behavior

When Confluence returns duplicate page IDs, the progress bars of WikiTraccs.GUI will get "stuck" at the end of a migration run because those duplicates won't be migrated (as they already have been).

(Note: the duplicates only seem to affect the bookkeeping. Apart from that pages are properly migrated.)

Expected behavior

WikiTraccs can handle duplicate page IDs returned by Confluence so that a space affected by this issue can nevertheless "finish" migration, especially with regard to the progress bars in WikiTraccs.GUI.

Page de-duplication for the space pages list retrieved from Confluence has been added in release v1.3.13.
