Reduce the number of log ins needed to start a migration #7

As a user I want to sign in (at most) once to Confluence and once to SharePoint.

Current behavior: WikiTraccs.GUI and WikiTraccs.Console each require the user to log in, leading to multiple logins to the same system.

Expected behavior: One login per system. Or none, if caching is possible for a period of time.
