Make WikiPakk user interface multilingual #1

Currently the user interface is shown in English, e.g. labels like "Page Tree". Those could be translated to other languages.

_(Note that the page tree supports the SharePoint translation feature that allows to translate wiki page content to different languages. This is not what this issue is about. This issue is about the WikiPakk user interface elements.)_
