Overview

Has the app echo the various settings it is using to help debug and better communicate them for observability.

Also updates the update script to only build the relevant project.

Notes

This does not change any actual runtime behavior, only adds some print statements in the beginning.

Testing Instructions

Check out this branch and update
- [ ] Ensure it builds
Run server
- [ ] Ensure you see the relevant environment variables printed
