Update Code to Compile with Geotrellis 0.10-RC2 #23

The changes in this pull request make the mmw-geoprocessing service compatible with Geotrellis 0.10-RC2.

Still To Do:

[x] It compiles, but does it work?
[x] Update metadata in data hub
[x] Update to 0.10-RC2

@rajadain The purpose of this PR is just to help template and head-start our discussion on Monday. We can talk about this as much or as little as you like (including reproducing it) in order to make sure that you get the information that you want/need.

I wanted to give us a head start on this, because the task of updating the metadata and making sure that this code actually works could take anywhere from 30 minutes to the rest of this b'ak'tun (depending on various factors).

+1, tested with @hectcastro's branch https://github.com/WikiWatershed/model-my-watershed/tree/feature/hmc/geotrellis-rc1. I think we should merge this in, create a new release, and then add that release to MMW's configuration in the feature/hmc/geotrellis-rc1 branch, before merging that in.
