This Travis CI configuration aims to do the following on tagged refs:

Publish cb236ac of GeoTrellis locally
Build a mmw-geoprocessing assembly JAR
Push the resulting assembly JAR to GitHub as a release

Most of the work here is being done within Docker containers as an attempt to make the Scala build environment as similar as it can be to the one used by Spark Job Server.

Only the last commit here is relevant. The previous commit is part of #2.

+1 Everything looks good to me. I saw that the build was green a few moments ago (it is rebuilding as I type). Given that, I think it is good.
