Benchmark New List-Taking Operation #83

For the operation implemented in #80, add benchmarks for it in the benchmarking script. Also produce a comparison report for the following use cases:

[x] Running MapShed on a HUC-8 directly
[x] Running Sub-basin on a HUC-8 broken in to component HUC-12s using pre-existing operations
[x] Running Sub-basin on a HUC-8 using the new endpoint

For these benchmarks, use the Schuylkill HUC-8 as the input.
