Proposal: Move to PSR-2 coding standards #2

As discussed in https://gitter.im/opentracing/public I propose that the code be moved to PSR-2 coding standard. The library is supposed to be a standard component for libraries and applications so it makes sense to adhere to this widely available PHP CS standard.
