could you bump the patch in library version?

I'd suggest testing with & bumping to the newest ^24.0.0 or at least22.0.0 if it works.

21.0.0 minimum in requirements.txt is 13 Aug 2019 (https://pypi.org/project/googleads/#history), meaning August 2020 deprecation I assume? - https://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:nAu6cbUjLzQJ:https://developers.google.com/ad-manager/api/deprecation+&cd=2&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=pl - would be a shame to have to bump it again soon :)

Tested with newest version, looks good.
