Improved version of semi-structured dataset #33

Should integrate #24, #25 and #26 fixes, as well as title case for names, instead of lower case.

Also, check whether the mappings as per 91a785bf7733303a72d8046e98fdf0f64cb9c3c3 are producing the expected statements.
