Add how-to in the README #40

It should contain the following sections:

  1. Get Ready
  2. Get Started
  3. Switch Language

For 1 and 2, get inspired by https://github.com/dbpedia/fact-extractor ; For 3, list all the steps needed to change language.

Copy and paste to the top section of the official documentation page, too.
