Build a gazetteer #45

It should fit the biography domain.

The gazetteer should be automatically built via queries to a knowledge base and should contain instances of:

  1. Artist
  2. Writer
  3. Scientist
  4. Cleric
  5. Noble

Format as per #38. Evaluation setting as per #44.

Bonus: think of extra relevant entries.
