Concatenate P1630 with P1793 to form a regexp #407

As per Lockal's suggestion in https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata:Project_chat#URLs_statistics_for_Discogs_(Q504063)_and_MusicBrainz_(Q14005):

concatenating formatter and format (just don't forget to escape dots, question marks and other special characters in formatter)
