Generate pages from directory structure

The jekyll site should be able to generate an index of links using the folder structure of a directory and subdirectory of maps categorized by region.

@hugolpz success here, we can now generate a page with links/thumbnails based on the contents of a folder.

• Generate a gallery page for each subfolder in a folder

@hugolpz we got country listing and file listing is working :boom:

I had to make some filename changes to make it cleaner, removed commas and used hyphens.

Next

• Run makefile for all countries and check results
• Move project to Labs
