Filter content by string in frontend #141

add a filter to filter subset of objects by string when typing. e.g. Pfarrkirche apply filter text to name and description.

a combi of typing and scrolling should be possible @reiterbene

what about using the usual search icon (a magnifying lens) dimmed for non active text filter and not dimmed with active text filter alongside the topics of WikiDaheim?
