You can program with all languages in your cellphone. There is a app help 1-you to do this and it like github and it's not very different. 2-If you can program with python language you can install "Qpyhton" app and use it to create .py files. 3-You can use "visual code mobile" to program html. It's very cool and I like this very much. it have a great design and you can watch what you do. It have some tools. One of them is error checking. And some of them didn't have this tool.
