Using Brackets Extension manager, install fails with this log: selection_001 Version of brackets is 1.9.4

Looks like this is actually a brackets-electron issue. Some other extensions report failure on install.

Restarting brackets after the failed install actually shows the extensions working fine. Feel free to close this issue.
