support for porn911 in videodevil (all necessary patches included)

Added support for porn911 in videodevil.

The reason for the extra "cfg" is because the list of categories is not 
accessible from the main page.

try and put it all in one file have a look at gfvideos.com.cfg for example it 
has the categories on a different page too.

Also it seems like most of the videos on that site are quite short so I don't 
think it is adding much value

Thanks for the pointer. I fixed it and have the new cfg attached.

As for the short videos, browsing through the categories you can see that a lot 
of videos are 10 minutes or more and the average duration of the clips is 
similar to the one of other more famous sites.

Also note that "Longest" is currently broken (server-side) and shows videos 
with a maximum duration of 9 minutes.
