X on officer profile to close #355

There needs to be a CLOSE ('X') button on the top left of the officer profile (Similar to https://mongodb.invisionapp.com/share/AHXMRTBBSCQ#/420974326_Android-Boarding-Violations-Add_Violation - just the 'X' part)
