On the home screen there should be an MPA toggle button that displays MPA overlays - or not. Design at https://mongodb.invisionapp.com/console/share/8XXUAUP2YZS/587697149

The "wildaid" database, MenuData collection has an MPA array that contains all the information to create the MPA areas as per the design (including the color!)
