Cannot change lat/lon after leaving Basic Info page and coming back #450

When I go off the Basic Information screen, I am no longer able to change the lat/lon on the basic information screen. This is true if I try to drag it, or if I try to use the new feature to change it by tapping on the numbers.

Closing, the latest version does not have this bug.
