Captains on vessel page #148

The "Captain" block on the vessel page should only show 1 captain. Currently it shows more than one, e.g. on https://wildaid-o-fish-sskep.mongodbstitch.com/#/vessels/view/pn68566

(if there's more than one then a "see all" link should show up but that can be coded later)
