**ALSO CONSIDER REMOVING - THESE AREN'T FUNCTIONAL. AND THE FILTERS THEMSELVES DON'T CURRENTLY MAKE SENSE.

Date for the whole page is controlled by the picker at the top, so no need for that one
Agency doesn't make sense because they're only looking at a dashboard for a single agency anyway
The filter for officers should filter by officer
The filter for boardings should be by violation
