Search dropdown: "Vessel" and "Crew" selections don't function #382

Currently, when a user clicks the search dropdown, which is "All" by default, they're taken to the corresponding page to begin their search. If a user selects "Boardings" from the search dropdown, they're taken to the boardings page. "Agencies" takes users to the agencies page. "Users" takes user to the users page, etc.

"Vessel" and "Crew" don't take users to the vessel and crew pages - they take users back to the dashboard. "Vessels" should take users to the vessels page, and "Crew" should take users to the crew page.
