Edit User from the User Groups page #484

For the Global and Agency administrators only. The User Groups page should have an Edit link as per https://mongodb.invisionapp.com/console/share/VJXLVXNPGW4/587693576 which goes to the users/edit page - looks like https://mongodb.invisionapp.com/console/share/VJXLVXNPGW4/587692727 and in the app it can be found in users/edit/UUID (Users->All Users then click Edit)
