[REQUEST] Apologize action #1243

This is a suggestion more than a request-I'd like there to be an 'apologize' action when interacting with villagers, for when you accidentally hit them cos they walked in front of you while you were breaking something. It's frustrating when you accidentally hit them, especially the heroes, and then they aggro and try to kill you when you were just trying to cut down a tree and they came out of nowhere!

If you have Not Enough Wands, and you use the capturing wand on the angry villager, it seems to reset their anger back to default.

Aaaaaaalso, if there's hostile mobs within like 2 or 3 blocks, and the villager is trying to fight those mobs, they shouldn't aggro if you accidentally hit them, on the assumption you were ALSO trying to fight the hostile mob!
