Update checker incorrectly announces in chat that previous version is available #1317

At game start the chat window displays "A new version is available: 6.0.1" but I already have a newer version installed. Workaround: Disable update checking in config.

Steps to Reproduce Please include steps we can take to reproduce the bug:

Start a minecraft world with MCA version 6.1.0 installed

Minecraft Version: 1.12.2
Forge Version: 14.23.5.2854
MCA Version: 6.1.0
Launcher: MultiMC
